We strongly recommend that all our decking boards should be put down in the correct manner with the grooves down and a smooth surface.
The grooves allow good air circulation beneath the decking and a smooth surface prevents water logging. It is much easier for cleaning and treating as well.
It also allows easier matching in future for any add ons or repairs.
