Delivery Charges/Click & Collect

Delivery charges will be calculated in your shopping basket. Delivery charges are applicable on all order regardless of the value due to the cost of fuel, vehicle maintenance and wages.

Your delivery cost also covers the cost of workers selecting the products, loading the pickup trucks then delivering to your address for kerbside drop off.

We deliver to most parts of Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and Durham. –approximately a 45mile radius from our yard in Lemington NE15 8SX
Our online shop works out the delivery cost based on mileage. If you are not offered delivery as an option and are in the North East of England please ring us and we can sort this out for you.

Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday between 8:00am and 3:00pm.
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you via text message with a scheduled delivery date. If you require a specific date for delivery, please either put it in the customer notes online or give us a ring and we will try to oblige.

Due to the nature of the loads of timber we cannot give a delivery time/slot. On the delivery day we will send you a text message when your order is leaving our yard.
Our drivers will usually leave your order neatly on the driveway/garden if you are not in. All deliveries are driveway or kerbside drop off only and our drivers are not expected to manually carry deliveries any further.
